Hey everyone! So as you know, I am going off suggestions here and I need more diets! Please leave me a list and for your pleasure I have added pics and recipe of how I made the bbq tofu, crunchy, onion salad tacos 🙂
So first you add in a sauce pan organic olive oil, tofu, onions and sesame seed whole wheat crackers. Then you add organic bbq sauce and some salad and viola! You have a tasty organic dinner 🙂

So as you may know, I felt pretty refreshed with the vegitarian diet- more energy and what not- however, I still was able to eat processed foods. So now, I am on the Anti-Cancer Diet! Did you know that every one of us has dormant cancer cells? After researching what I should be eating to prevent cancer, I have now shopped for a new diet for this brand new week! Here is my shopping list:
I did not buy everything on the list since I dont need all that food for just a week or two- but it gives you some great variety to choose from! Here was my shopping cart with my list that I bought from Trader Joes.
Now that I have all of this food it was time to be creative and cook! So, due to small portion sizes that we required for this diet I made the perfect dish- stuffed peppers! I stuffed them with grass fed beef (about 1/4 cup), organic polenta, organic tomato basil sauce and topped with cheese- It was delicious :). Now I have to work out for 30 minutes today- so adios and wish me luck!
